- Experience in performing new fire alarm installation pre and final testing.
- Must be able to perform service calls, diagnose trouble conditions and make necessary repairs to bring the fire alarm system up to code compliance.
- Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with end users, contractors and clients.
- Must be able to perform Fire Life safety test and inspections. Understands building and fire codes to ensure all discrepancies can be properly document and address.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Experience in proper cable installation and support methods.
- Must be able to troubleshoot for opens, shorts and ground faults.
- Should able to read and understand construction drawings produced by SIS.
- Must be able to work as part of team.
- Understands basic OSHA and job site safety.
- Must have proper PPE.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Experience with Razor Sync software is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance for service accounts.
- Generate discrepancy repair proposals.
- Manage / reviewing of customer monitoring accounts.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.

- Self-Motivated
- Experience with generating Special system drawings using Auto CAD software.
- Ability to design build fire alarm plans to meet local AHJ and NFPA codes.
- Ability to design build special systems projects.
- Works well with others in an office environment.
- Good organizational skills, positive attitude and learns quickly.
- Good communication skills.

- Manage multiple design projects at the same time. Multi task.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Programming experience preferred. (CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, Security, etc.)
- Factory Certifications preferred.
- Ability to manage / foreman new install as well as tenant improvements
- Experience in performing new special systems installation pre and final testing
- Good communication skills.
