Saddle Mountain Unified School District
We have had the pleasure of being the preferred security provider of the district’s Fire Alarm Systems, Maintenance Services, Intercom/Master Clocks Systems, CCTV, Cabling and Access Control system since 2007. We have completed two new schools with the district (2009 and 2013). We’ve just recently upgraded the districts bus gate access control system. As well as a new IT warehouse building in the summer of 2017.
Sky Harbor International Airport
In 2010, Southwest Integrated Solutions was please to receive award as contractor for the Phase 1 Sky Train Project. This project was one of the most challenging and complicated projects in Southwest Integrated Solutions young history. Our scope of work included all new CCTV Security System, Door Access Control, Code Blue Communications, AED’s. And network appliances for the first 3 Sky Train Terminals for SHIA. The project started in 2010 and completed in 2012. However, since 2010, Southwest Integrated Solutions has been part in every new phase. That includes the T3 and T4 Stations, T2 walkway and currently the T4 renovations.
UHS Hospitals
In 2014, Southwest Integrated Solutions was selected as being part of the LEAN project team. This is to construct two new Behavioral Health Hospitals in Arizona, one in Phoenix and one in Tucson. Southwest Integrated Solutions was responsible for all low-voltage scope items for each site, including Fire Life Safety. Southwest Integrated Solutions was carefully choose as being the best by UHS from over 10 other contractors. This is due to our complete offering of low-voltage systems and specialties and for our companies passion. And “How can we best serve our customers who trust us with their needs” philosophy. As a result, we are the preferred low-voltage contractor choice for UHS in the Arizona market. And we maintain our close relationship with their construction team and facilities maintenance groups.
Department of Veterans Affairs
In 2016, Southwest Integrated Solutions give the necessary opportunity. For a tremendous and humbling chance to work with the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Estrella VA Medical Office in Phoenix, Arizona. Southwest Integrated Solutions worked closely with Veterans Police and the GSA in designing, installing, and servicing of all of the CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, Security, Data Cabling, as well as Emergency Call Systems for the Estrella VA Medical Clinic in Phoenix. The project was complete in January of 2017.
