Southwest Integrated Solutions has taken advantage of these technologies to provide several methods for you to access the information we have regarding your monitored alarm system. Whether it is your home or business, you can access your account via the Internet. You can also be notified in real-time about events we receive or don’t receive from your system using Text Messaging to any email address, including your mobile phone. Monitoring accounts are billed annually and are subject to local sales taxes. The following are additional monitoring options that you can have added to your Fire Alarm or Security monitoring account.

 

Utilize your Smart Phone and Tablet

Check the status of your account at any time from your hand held Smart Phone or Tablet;

  • Open & Close ReportingThis is a log only format of open and close reporting on a monitored account to the Central Monitoring Station. Reports are available monthly for your records as well as real time text messaging notification.
  • Supervised Open/Close ReportingIdentify your normal hours of operation and establish a reasonable time frame that allows employees to open and close the facility. If your facility is not opened or closed on time, it considers this an alarm event and follows your established response plan at the Central Monitoring Station.
  • Real Time Email/Text MessagingReceive an e-mail or text message on signals received or not received. If your system is programmed to report open and close, these signals would also be sent to you via e-mail or text messaging.
  • Customer Account Access via the InternetYou can get 24/7 access to all of your monitoring account information via the internet with a customer access account. You are able to view activity, edit call lists and place your account in test and review signals received at the Central Monitoring Station.
  • Southwest Integrated Solutions provides several resolutions and products for wireless monitoring which may include AES, Telguard and Alarm Net.
