Why Customers Choose Southwest Integrated Solutions
Since its inception in 2002, Southwest Integrated Solutions has strived to grow by doing business with a simple rule: “How can we best serve our customers who trust us with their needs?”
As Southwest Integrated Solutions has conducted our business by this simple rule, we have seen our company grow from 3 employees to over 30 today. We have had the great pleasure of serving the finest clients in this state and also being part of some exceptional projects over the last 15 years. These are a few of our client success stories.
Saddle Mountain Unified School District
We have had the pleasure of being the preferred provider of the district’s Fire Alarm Systems, Maintenance Services, Intercom/Master Clocks Systems, CCTV, Cabling and Access Control system since 2007. We have completed two new schools with the district (2009 and 2013) and just recently upgraded the districts bus gate access control system and new IT warehouse building in the summer of 2017.
Sky Harbor International Airport
In 2010, Southwest Integrated Solutions was selected to be awarded contractor for the Phase 1 Sky Train Project. This project was one of the most challenging and complicated projects in Southwest Integrated Solutions young history. Our scope of work included all new CCTV Systems, Door Access Control, Code Blue Communications, AED’s and network appliances for the first 3 Sky Train Terminals for SHIA. The project started in 2010 and completed in 2012. However, since 2010, Southwest Integrated Solutions has been involved in every new phase, including the T3 and T4 Stations, T2 walkway and currently the T4 renovations.
In 2014, Southwest Integrated Solutions was selected to be part of the LEAN project team to construct two new Behavioral Health Hospitals in Arizona, one in Phoenix and one in Tucson. Southwest Integrated Solutions was responsible for all low-voltage scope items for each site, including Fire Life Safety. Southwest Integrated Solutions was selected by UHS from over 10 other contractors. This is due to our complete offering of low-voltage systems and specialties and for our companies passion of “How can we best serve our customers who trust us with their needs” philosophy. As a result, we are the preferred low-voltage contractor choice for UHS in the Arizona market and we maintain our close relationship with their construction team and facilities maintenance groups.
Department of Veterans Affairs
In 2016, Southwest Integrated Solutions was allowed the tremendous and humbling opportunity to work with the Department of Veterans Affairs on the Estrella VA Medical Office in Phoenix, Arizona. Southwest Integrated Solutions worked closely with Veterans Police and the GSA in designing, installing and continued servicing of all of the CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, Security, Data Cabling and Emergency Call System for the Estrella VA Medical Clinic. The project was completed in January of 2017.
